We stir up farm fresh butter, pure cane sugar, spring water and a hint of sea salt over a hot flame, cooking it into a delicious golden toffee syrup. We pour out & score the molten syrup into slender toffee mini-bars, finally dipping them in chocolate couverture and individually embellishing them each by hand.
